Our villa located in Akbel, one of the higher parts of Kalkan, has a breathtaking sea and nature view of Kalkan and Patara.

Our sheltered holiday villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and has a capacity of 10 people. There are 3 double beds in 3 bedrooms and 4 single beds in 2 bedrooms. From the open-plan living / dining room and kitchen area, the swimming pool and barbecue / patio area, designed to be invisible from outside, is passed.

Our Villa, located in the Akbel Quarter of Kalkan, has elegant design and exquisite Kalkan and Patara sea and nature views. Our villa has all the tools and equipment you will need in your home, and there is free internet access.

Pool: There is a private pool with 150 cm depth, 7.8 m length and 4 m width in the garden of our villa. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day.

Vehicle is required / recommended due to the location of the villa

For the information of our customers: Since this villa is located in the higher parts of Kalkan, the roads leading to the villa may be narrow and / or uneven and steep ramps.

Although Kalkan is urbanized, it has a scattered settlement and our villas can be found in secluded and high areas. If you are sensitive about this, ask our reservation department for the location of the villas in detail. The locations shown on the map on our website are not the locations of the villas. Regional locations were used due to the misdirection of the navigations. Original locations will be sent to you upon request.

Electricity, water, gas etc. included in the prices, air tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. , vacation and health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. The customer who rented the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Terms" stated on our website in advance.

*** A deposit of 1000 TL (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) is taken as a damage security by the landlords at the entrance to the villa. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. Please report any damage or deficiencies you may encounter during your entry to our guide or landlord immediately.
