Villa Mirbiş is our exclusive rental villa located in the Kalkan Patara region, built in 2022 with 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 4 people. Our villa offers a magnificent nature and sea view, immersed in nature. In addition to the private pool, there is also an option for a closed, heated pool. The meticulous luxury decoration, carefully considered details, and design of our villa will enhance your holiday experience and awaken the desire for your holiday to never end. The pool and garden area are secluded, allowing you to enjoy the pool comfortably. Furthermore, with both indoor and outdoor pools, you will have the opportunity to relax your mind and body. Our villa, with its modern design, boasts a spacious terrace area and has been meticulously designed for you to have a wonderful holiday experience. We would be delighted to welcome you as our valued guests at our villa.
Note: The last 4 kilometers of the road leading to our villa are unpaved. There is no pool heating and underfloor heating in our villa between June 15th and September 15th. From September 16th to June 14th, the heating system can be operated for a weekly fee of 2,500 TL.
An extra damage deposit of 2.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.There is a heated pool. It is charged at 2.500 ₺ per day. This fee is collected at the entrance to the villa.
