Daily Rental Villa Öz
Villa Öz is located in the İslamlar district of Kalkan and offers a special accommodation experience with 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people. The pool and garden part of our villa, which is especially suitable for honeymoon couples and nuclear families, is sheltered, so you can spend your special moments in a more comfortable and peaceful environment. We are waiting for you, our valued guests, to our carefully designed Villa to spend a nice holiday with your family, friends or spouse.
NOTE: Chlorine is not used in our pool, there is a salt water system.
NOTE: Guests who want pool heating are required to give 2 days notice. The pool fee is additionally 750 TL per day throughout the season.
The pool of our villa is 7 m long, 3.30 m wide and 1.55 m deep and is cleaned once a day.
The Indoor Pool of our villa is 3.50 m long, 2.50 m wide and 1.20 m deep.
An extra damage deposit of 3.000 ₺ is collected upon entry to the villa, to be refunded upon departure.There is a heated pool. It is charged at 750 ₺ per day. This fee is collected at the entrance to the villa.
